They are cheap, their support is brilliant, unfortunately their downtime is digustingly bad. I’m on one of the coldfusion reseller plans and i get endless problems, must of had around 10 instances of downtime with them over the last year?
I’m with them at the cheapest plan, and I can say that they are quite reliable, though my site is just small with several pages.
The only thing I don’t like is their Plesk control panel, I still prefer CPanel.
